1. Service overview
Memorico is a memorization and learning app designed to help users review information with spaced repetition, flashcards, and daily practice sessions.
The application is built to function primarily offline. No account is currently required to use the core experience.
2. Your content and use of the app
You are responsible for the content you create, import, or review in the app, and you agree not to use the service for unlawful, abusive, or infringing purposes.
User-generated learning content is stored locally on your device. Memorico does not provide a hosted backend for storing that personal content at this time.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Memorico may offer optional paid features or subscriptions. Payments are handled by the Apple App Store and Google Play, not by Capelago directly.
RevenueCat may process subscription status data so premium access can be enabled and maintained across supported purchase flows.
4. Privacy and analytics
The app does not collect names or email addresses for normal use. Limited pseudonymized technical and usage analytics may be processed to improve product quality, performance, and feature decisions.
The main analytics provider used by the app is PostHog. Details about analytics, retention, international transfers, and your GDPR rights are described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Availability and updates
We may update, improve, suspend, or change features of the app over time, including premium functionality, integrations, and pricing where applicable.
Continued use of Memorico after material updates to these terms or to the service means you accept the revised version in effect at that time.

We work to keep the app reliable and useful, but no application is guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every learning purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-available basis.
